ABOUT SUZANNE

Hi and thanks for stopping by my website! My name is Suzanne Eden and I’m very happy you've landed here. I’ll try to give you a sense of my approach to makeup and client servicing, and hope to hear from you with any questions or feedback! 

Here goes: I’m a Maryland native – born and raised in Montgomery County about 30 minutes outside of DC. As a child, I loved watching my mom get ready and now, in her 60’s, I still think she’s the most beautiful woman I've ever met. I spent a lot of time putting on her makeup and playing ‘dress up’ but mostly enjoyed dressing-up my face. I left the DC area after high school to study Early Childhood Education at East Carolina University and earned a Bachelor’s degree in 2004. Shortly after, I returned home to teach and spent the next 8 years in the classroom. I loved teaching but longed to pursue a dream I’d had since I was a little girl – makeup! I made the decision in 2009 to explore this dream. I didn't have any formal training, didn't have a business background, or a list of clients to tap into. I did have a knack for makeup, a passion for making people beautiful, and a strong desire to turn my dreams into reality. I started dabbling with friends and family, like most entrepreneurs and the referrals kept steadily coming in, so in 2012, I took a leap of faith and made the decision to quit my stable teaching career and reach for my dreams. I've had the pleasure to work with hundreds of brides-to-be, major TV networks, dozens of DC’s powerful ladies & gentlemen to include senators, lawyers, ad execs, CEO's, CFO's, and mothers-to-be. My philosophy is simple – make every single client feel relaxed and feel their best. I feel like if I do that, my clients will refer me to their friends and family. So far, I've built my business solely on referrals and I look forward to seeing where else my entrepreneurial venture takes me.
